Justin works as a student assistant at Berghof and is part of the team, which belongs to the MOTRA research network (Monitoring System and Transfer Platform) within the CTR Department. Prior to this, he worked as a research assistant at the University of Magdeburg for the study program of Peace and Conflict Studies and as a facilitator of seminars in schools for the Saxonian educational society for environmental protection and chemical professions. After his voluntary service in Colombia, he helped organising and realising seminars for NGO’s with a focus on building intercultural competences and peace education.
Justin completed his B.A. in Political Science and Sociology at the TU Dresden and Universidad Nacional de Colombia, and is currently enrolled as a master’s student of Peace and Conflict Studies at the Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg.

Justin arbeitet als studentische Hilfskraft bei Berghof und ist Teil des Teams, welches zum Forschungsverbund MOTRA (Monitoringsystem und Transferplattform Radikalisierung) gehört und im CTR-Bereich angesiedelt ist. Zuvor hat er als wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft an der Otto-von-Guericke Universität in Magdeburg für das Studienprogramm Peace and Conflict Studies gearbeitet und Seminare in Schulen für die Sächsische Bildungsgesellschaft für Umwelt und Chemieberufe durchgeführt. Nach seinem Freiwilligendienst in Kolumbien hat er bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Seminaren verschiedener NGOs mitgewirkt, deren Fokus auf dem Ausbilden von interkulturellen Kompetenzen lag und friedenspädagogische Inhalte vermittelte.
Justin hat seinen Bachelor in Politikwissenschaft und Soziologie an der TU Dresden und Universidad Nacional de Colombia erworben und ist zurzeit eingeschriebener Student für Peace and Conflict Studies and der Otto-von-Guericke Universität in Magdeburg.
