Arrliya Sugal supports the Sub-Saharan Africa unit as a Junior Project Manager. Her work entails supporting the projects based in Somalia as well as Benishangul-Gumuz Regional State in Ethiopia. She is currently studying the international master degree “Peace and Conflict Studies” provided by the University of Kent and the Phillips Universität Marburg. Her research emphasizes the Horn of Africa region, climate and conflict risk assessments as well as diaspora involvement in conflict resolution processes.
