Dhari works as the Conference Manager at Berghof Foundation and is responsible for the production of the upcoming interdisciplinary peacemaking conference to be held in Berlin in spring 2024, as well as the overall quality management of in-house and executive team events. She has over 12 years’ experience delivering international, high quality, complex hybrid and in-person events. Working within the international cultural sector, she has organised events throughout Europe including Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Spain, The Netherlands and Wales. Prior to this, she was based in Melbourne, Australia where she worked in event production & management, curation as well as marketing and communications.

Dhari is currently completing her Masters in International Relations & Cultural Diplomacy in Berlin.
