Gustavo oversees the accounting, finance, IT, and facilities teams at the Berghof Foundation. Prior to joining in June 2024, he held leadership roles in finance and controlling at various NGOs in Germany, including Climate Analytics, the International Rescue Committee, and Transparency International.

Gustavo is a Chartered Certified Accountant and a Fellow of the ACCA. He holds a Master’s in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis University in the US.
