Frederike Engeland Minegishi is an advisor with Berghof's Monitoring and Evaluation team.

Frederike has almost 10 years of experience in evaluating peacebuilding work, in particular in the Southeast Asia region, with former clients including UNOPS, International Alert, Search for Common Ground, Mercy Corps and the French, Irish, British and Dutch MOFA. During her time in Myanmar, she worked with the Myanmar Union Parliament on developing an internal evaluation framework.

Frederike holds a MA in International Peace and Security from the King's College London War Studies Institute and a BA in European Studies from Maastricht University, where she studied gender roles in conflict and peacebuilding.

Frederike is an expert in adaptive and participatory MEL and monitoring and evaluation for learning. Next to her work at Berghof, Frederike continues to work on evaluating the peacebuilding work of UN bodies, multi-donor funds and civil society organisations in Myanmar.
