Feras Kheirallah is a Senior Programm Manager and member of the Lebanon Team in the MENA Unit. From 2014 to 2023, he led the Berghof Foundation office in Beirut.
He has worked for different international organisations and agencies, such as the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) or the Friedrich Ebert Foundation as a Programme Manager for Jordan and Iraq. In addition, he worked as a consultant at the German Development Cooperation (GIZ) in Amman in supporting some of the GIZ projects within the refugee camps. Feras has written different articles and analyses addressing the impact of the Arab Spring on the social contract and the state in Jordan. He holds a Master's Degree in Law from Cologne University, Germany, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Yarmouk University in Jordan.
Feras is currently taking a sabbatical.

Feras Kheirallah ist leitender Projektmanager in unserer MENA Unit. Zuvor hat er für einige internationale Organisationen und Agenturen, wie UNHCR und die Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (Programmmanager für Jordanien und Irak) gearbeitet. Zusätzlich war er beratend für die Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in Amman tätig, wo er verschiedene GIZ-Projekte in Flüchtlingslagern unterstützte. Feras Kheirallah hat mehrere Artikel und Analysen über die Auswirkungen des arabischen Frühlings auf den Gesellschaftsvertrag und den Staat in Jordanien verfasst. Er hat einen Masterabschluss in Jura von der Universität Köln und einen Bachelorabschluss in Recht von der Yarmouk Universität in Jordanien.
Von 2014 bis 2023 leitete Feras das Büro der Berghof Foundation in Beirut.
Derzeit nimmt er ein Sabbatical.
