Teresa Isabel is currently working as a Project Officer in the Somalia team of the Sub-Saharan Africa Unit. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Politics at the University of Applied Sciences for Engineering and Economics Berlin. Before joining the Berghof Foundation, she fulfilled an internship at the German Consulate General in Barcelona and in the “European Climate Initiative” project of the German Corporation for International Cooperation (GIZ).
Teresa Isabel was born and partially grew up in Spain, later moving to the USA and Germany. Additionally, she completed a yearlong Chinese language program at the “Shanghai International Studies University” in Shanghai, China while simultaneously working as an English teacher before commencing her studies.

Teresa Isabel arbeitet derzeit als Projektreferentin im Somalia-Team des Referats Subsahara-Afrika. Sie erhielt ihren Bachelor-Abschluss in Wirtschaft und Politik an der Fachhochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin. Bevor sie zur Berghof Foundation kam, absolvierte sie ein Praktikum im deutschen Generalkonsulat in Barcelona und im Projekt " Europäische Klimaschutzinitiative" der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).
Teresa Isabel ist in Spanien geboren und teils aufgewachsen, später zog sie in die USA und Deutschland. Teresa Isabel trabaja actualmente como Oficial de Proyectos en el equipo de Somalia de la Unidad de África Subsahariana. Es licenciada en Ciencias Económicas y Políticas por la Universidad de Ciencias Aplicadas de Ingeniería y Economía de Berlín. Antes de incorporarse a la Fundación Berghof, realizó prácticas en el Consulado General de Alemania en Barcelona y en el proyecto "European Climate Initiative" de la Sociedad Alemana para la Cooperación Internacional (GIZ).
Teresa Isabel nació y creció parcialmente en España, trasladándose posteriormente a los Estados Unidos y Alemania. Adicionalmente, completó un programa de lengua china de un año de duración en la Universidad de Estudios Internacionales de Shanghái (China), simultáneamente trabajaba como profesora de inglés antes de comenzar sus estudios.
