Antonia März joined the Berghof Foundation in March 2024 and is working as a Project Officer in the Negotiation and Mediation Support Department.
Prior to joining the Berghof Foundation, Antonia worked at the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs as a Carlo-Schmid Fellow and completed an internship with GIZ Yemen, as well as with the Regional Office of the German Academic Exchange Service in Mexico.
Antonia studied Sociology and Cultural & Social Anthropology in Münster and Helsinki. She holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs from the Hertie School and completed an academic exchange at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva, where she focused on peace and conflict studies.

Zuvor arbeitete Antonia als Carlo-Schmid Fellow in der Hauptabteilung für Wirtschaftliche und Soziale Angelegenheiten der Vereinten Nationen und absolvierte Praktika im Jemen-Portfolio der GIZ, sowie im Regionalbüro des Deutschen Akademischen Austauschdienstes in Mexiko.
Antonia studierte Soziologie und Kultur- und Sozialanthropologie in Münster und Helsinki. Sie hat außerdem einen Master of International Affairs der Hertie School absolviert und machte einen Austausch am Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Genf, wo sie sich auf Friedens- und Konfliktforschung konzentrierte.
