Rasmus is a Project Manager in the project Negotiation support to Resistance and Liberation Movements. Before joining Berghof, he worked as the coordinator of the Advisory Board to the German Federal Government for Civilian Crisis Prevention and Peacebuilding and was affiliated with the Tampere Peace Research Institute as Project Researcher, conducting research on the intersection of visuality and peace processes.
Rasmus holds a master’s degree in Peace, Mediation and Conflict Research from Tampere University, Finland, and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics from University of Münster.

Rasmus ist Projektmanager in einem Projekt zu Verhandlungsunterstützung für Widerstands- und Befreiungsbewegungen. Zuvor arbeitete er als Koordinator des Beirats der Bundesregierung für Zivile Krisenprävention und Friedensförderung und forschte als Project Researcher am Tampere Peace Research Institute zu der Schnittstelle von Visualität und Friedensprozessen.
Rasmus hat einen Masterabschluss in Peace, Mediation and Conflict Research der Universität Tampere in Finnland und einen Bachelor in Politik und Wirtschaft der Universität Münster.
