Nour Adib is originally from Tripoli and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture & Design from the Académie Libanaise des Beaux-Arts (ALBA) – University of Balamand. Over the past decade, she has built extensive expertise in program management, humanitarian aid and infrastructure development, leading projects that have positively impacted hundreds of thousands of beneficiaries across Lebanon.

Her professional focus has centred on stakeholder engagement, monitoring and evaluation, and donor compliance, ensuring that programmes are delivered effectively and in line with international humanitarian standards. One of her most notable achievements was overseeing 53 USAID-funded projects, reaching more than 300,000 people through infrastructure upgrades, education initiatives and livelihood support. This experience deepened her passion for strategic planning and impact-driven development work.
