Khanda holds a Master’s degree in Diplomacy and International Law and bring over ten years of professional experience across both the humanitarian and development sectors. She has worked with local and international NGOs, donors and United Nations agencies, with a strong focus on gender mainstreaming, women’s rights and the promotion of gender equality. She currently serves as a Project Manager at the Berghof Foundation, where her responsibilities include advancing gender-responsive and gender-mainstreamed approaches to conflict transformation and peacebuilding.
