Berghof Foundation Operations gGmbH is 100 per cent owned by Berghof Foundation Trust GmbH, with a subscribed registered capital contribution of €25,000.

The majority of the funds received by the Berghof Foundation are project-related. In 2024, only two donors provided more than 10 per cent of the total funds: the German Federal Foreign Office with 32.8 per cent and the European Union (EU) with 16.3 per cent.
