To ensure a respectful and democratic culture of debate, we ask you to adhere to our community guidelines when you contribute with comments and posts. We appreciate any constructive criticism and feedback but we will not tolerate hateful or discriminatory content.
Respectful interaction
We ask you to maintain a friendly, fair and respectful tone when interacting with our content so everyone feels comfortable and safe in the exchange.
Everyone has the right to voice their opinion and to disagree with our content but we ask you to remain factual and to refrain from personal attacks directed against individuals.
We will not tolerate:
- Insults, threats and slurs of any kind
- Racist, anti-Semitic, sexist, homophobic and transphobic statements
- Hate speech
- Propagation of and incitement to violence
- Election and party advertising
- Calls for campaigns, rallies or donations
- Pornographic content
- Libelous content, e.g. allegations against individuals
- Violations of copyright law
- Comments that are off-topic and do not deal with the content of the respective post or include links to external websites unrelated to the original post
- The publication of personal data, private messages and private forum or blog posts
- Misuse of the comment function for commercial purposes.
We will delete or report content that violates our community guidelines and we will block respective user profiles if necessary. Any content that is criminally relevant will be reported to relevant authorities.
