Uta joined the Finance Management Team at the Berghof Foundation in 2017. She manages a diverse portfolio of international projects and donor grants, overseeing financial coordination, administration, and cross-border implementation across various countries and local setups. Uta holds a binational (German-French) Master’s degree in International Business from SKEMA Business School Lille and HTW Dresden, and regularly advances her technical skills through financial trainings.
Previously, she worked for the international literature festival berlin and the German Export Association for Food and Agriproducts (GEFA), where she was responsible for grant application, management, and reporting.

Uta ist seit 2017 Teil des Finanzmanagement-Teams der Berghof Foundation. Sie verwaltet ein vielfältiges Portfolio internationaler Projekte und Fördermittel und verantwortet dabei die finanzielle Koordination, Administration sowie die länderübergreifende Umsetzung in verschiedenen Ländern und lokalen Strukturen. Sie verfügt über einen binationalen (deutsch-französischen) Master-Abschluss in International Business der SKEMA Business School Lille und der HTW Dresden und erweitert ihre Fachkenntnisse regelmäßig durch Fortbildungen im Finanzbereich.
Zuvor war sie für das internationale literaturfestival berlin und die German Export Association for Food and Agriproducts (GEFA) tätig, wo sie für die Beantragung, Verwaltung und Berichterstattung von Fördermitteln verantwortlich war.
