Silva is a Project Officer in the Ethiopia team of the Sub-Saharan Africa II Unit.

Before joining the Berghof Foundation, she worked as Program Manager at the Global Solutions Initiative, where she was responsible for conceptualizing and organizing the annual Global Solutions Summits as well as supporting ongoing programmatic work focused on the G20 and its engagement groups.

Silva holds a Master’s degree in Peace and Security Studies from the University of Hamburg and the Institute for Peace Research and Security Policy (IFSH), and a BA in International Relations from the Higher School of Economics in Moscow and London School of Economics.
