Olivia joined the Berghof Foundation in 2026 as an Advisor in the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Unit. Prior to this, she spent seven years as an independent consultant, conducting research and developing MEL systems for a range of development projects in complex settings. She enjoys experimenting with innovative approaches to capture the 'hard to measure' changes associated with governance, security, and peacebuilding.

Earlier in her career, Olivia worked for a political reform consultancy, and on large-scale impact evaluations in DRC and Nepal.

Olivia holds an MA in International Law and a BA majoring in Political Science from the Australian National University.
